Astrology is a science which is also under progress similar to other sciences i.e. Space Technology, Medical Science etc. Therefore, like in case of an expert Heart Surgeon who despite his best efforts can not guarantee life of a patient because of the probability factor held by the Almighty, an Astrologer also can predict the indications based on the planetary positions in the horoscopes which will come true upto a great extent but what is destined to happen can be revealed only by lord 'Brahma'
